No, this membership does not grant access to Live Unrestricted or 1-1 coaching calls. Each of those programs are distinct and separate from the offerings provided within Freedom From Food Noise.
No, the monthly membership does not include one-on-one chat access. However, you will have access to me through the community chat and during live workshops within the group setting. These live workshops take place three or four times a year and the times for these will be set taking into account everyone's schedule. That being said, there are no monthly live calls. There is a plethora of content you get monthly including video lessons, interactive prompts, challenges, and action steps.
